Hollon Safe has updated their range of Republic Series gun safes.  A Pocket Door Organizer (PDO) or Pistol Door Organizer has, due to popular request by customers, been incorporated into the Republic Series range of gun safes. The RG16C through to RG45C gun safes have been replaced by the PRO RG16C – PRO RG45C range. The incorporating of the PDO into the Republic Series gun safes range is a great addition to what is arguably one of the best series of gun safes on the market. No doubt the inclusion of a pocket door organizer was in part due to other manufacturers including the feature in their range of gun safes.

I believe the inclusion of a PDO in their gun safes is a smart move by Hollon Safe. Now they have a range of gun safes that, depending on which gun safe is chosen, cannot only store 16 – 45 long guns but also secure pistols and their peripherals. The gun carrying capacity of the Republic PDO series gun safes is a guide only with gun capacity varying due to the size of guns and accessories.

What has not changed with the Republic Series PDO gun safes is that they are still Torch Rated fireproof gun safes giving one hour of protection at 1250 degrees F and built to exceed California Department of Justice Regulatory Standards.
