Lock Options

Republic Series Gun Safes come standard with a combination lock, the PDO-RG16C, or electronic lock, the PDO-RG16E. Locks for the Republic gun safes can be upgraded using any of three electronic lock upgrades including upgrading to a biometric lock using the SecuRam BSL-0608 biometric Swipe Sensor E-lock. The other electronic lock upgrades are a Lagard E-lock or a S&G 6120 E-lock.

FD-2014BD B-Rated Rear Facing Depository Safes From Protex Safes

The FD-2014BD is one of six safes in the Depository Safes category of Protex Safes. Like all the depository safes in the category, the FD-2014BD is designed for ease of use by operators but constructed with enough steel to foil a determined burglar.

The FD-2014BD safes are rear facing deposit safes having a drop chute at the rear of the safe and the door access at the front. One placement option is to have the safe abutting an interior wall with the drop aligned and accessible via an opening to the outside. The FD-2014BD derives its burglary rating from the heavy duty steel construction and componentry incorporated in the design of the door.
